In the aftermath of the NYC steam-pipe explosion, Juma Technology found itself shut out of its Lexington Avenue office.

For Juma, our converged network architecture enabled staff to work remotely with full functionality for nearly two months. Advanced network and telephony features such as SSL/VPN, data replication, extension to cellular call-routing and softphones allowed displaced staff members to immediately work from anywhere. All necessary business operations such as in-bound and out-bound phone calls, email and access to files and network folders were available; providing transparent business communications despite the office closure.
