Frances Vinci, Executive Vice President

Fran Vinci is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President for Juma Technology. In this capacity, Vinci is charged with the overall management of the Juma organization, its multiple-locations and subsidiaries. She is responsible for the development and implementation of all HR policies and best practices, all real-estate acquisitions and holdings, and the company's recruitment and talent management.

At Juma, Vinci created and now oversees the company's Professional Services offering, a revenue-generating division which locates and qualifies high-level technology professionals for fellow businesses.

Prior to co-founding Juma Technology, Vinci managed the recruitment division at 5B Technologies, a NASD publicly traded company, where she was responsible for the company's talent acquisition and retention. Later, Vinci assumed the role of Operations Manager. In that role, Vinci created and implemented an IT outsourcing and consulting division; a business unit that enhanced 5B's bottom line performance via the additional service offering.

Vinci began her career at Media Communications Inc. (MCI) where she successfully transformed their customer service division into a profit center. Vinci implemented a creative sales program focused on the company's reward credits.
