Martin J. Cusack, Vice President of Contact Center Solutions

Martin Cusack is the Vice President of Contact Center Solutions for Juma Technology. In this capacity, Cusack oversees the consultation, design, implementation and support of the company's contact center solutions division. He is charged with providing Juma clients with a competitive advantage by enabling them to attain more efficient and cost-effective customer-company interactions.

Cusack is credited with designing and deploying complex solutions involving multi-location contact centers, virtual agents, self-help services and quality-control monitoring to improve overall customer service for a variety of clients.

Prior to joining Juma, Cusack operated his own telecommunications and product development consulting firm with clients such as J.P. Morgan, Barbour Griffiths & Rogers and Bogen Communications. As a consultant, Cusack functioned as the Director of Administration for New York City Mayor Giuliani's 1997 re-election campaign. He orchestrated the organization and setup of all technological and administrative functions for Giuliani's successful re-election campaign.

As an AT&T Solutions on-site engineer, Cusack re-engineered the contact centers for the JP Morgan private banking division. He also supported voice engineering for large scale implementations within the Americas.

Previously, Cusack served as the Director of Operations & Telecommunications for the 1996 Republican National Convention in San Diego. He was responsible for all operational activities at the convention venue and was charged with managing all communications vendors, including AT&T, Lucent, Pacific Bell, Pacific Bell Mobile Services, Airtouch Cellular, CTO Mobienet, Cox Communications and Motorola, ensuring that the infrastructure was in place for all convention-related telecommunications services.

Cusack began his professional career in his home state of Michigan where he joined Governor John Engler's staff working as his Director of Advance.
